It is a pleasure to welcome you to the New Orleans Addiction Professional (NOAPA) website. We are sure that you will soon feel the sense of pride we share in belonging to this growing organization. We hope that you will take advantage of the many benefits that come with membership and that you will be able to use NOAPA to both develop as an addiction professional and as a resource to network and meet other professionals in the field.
 
On our website you will find the names of the executive committee, career opportunities, education and testing information from our organizational partners, links to LASACT and LA-ADRA, and copies of our most recent newsletters. The newsletter contains a myriad of information and opportunities to connect with other members and the community at-large. In addition, a membership application is provided, and we encourage you to share it and the brochure with others who may be interested in joining.
 
Our meetings are held on the last Saturday of each month except for the month of the LASACT Conference and November. The meetings are held at 2100 Belle Chase Hwy., Gretna, LA. 70053 (At the Split of Lafayette St. and the corner of 21st. and Belle Chase Hwy.) Information on the educational topic will be posted on the website. We hope you will be able to attend what promises to be interesting and stimulating meetings!
 
NOAPA was organized to promote the highest standards of Addiction. Our members set the very foundation by which this goal can be reached and we encourage you to become actively involved.
