The New Orleans Addition Professional Association (NOAPA) is founded on creating meaningful networking and educational opportunities for Addiction Professionals across Louisiana. We are a team of professionals from both the for- and nonprofit sectors who have joined forces to create change and provide advocacy for addiction professionals across Louisiana. We stand at both the state and local government levels, working to ensure addiction and substance abuse are recognized while working to create ethical environments for our clients and ourselves.
