Mrs Maxine Kimbrell will present on Human trafficking and Substance Abuse. Maxine Kimbrell an program director at Eden House. She has been a social worker for over 30 years and has extensive experience in program management/development, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention. She has worked in behavioral health settings in both public and private non-profit agencies. Kimbrell brings to Eden House a commitment to quality programming and to compassionate, personalized care for the residents.
