Mrs. Trevigne is an long standing member with NOAPA. Mrs. Barbara is a native of New Orleans with proud Haitian ancestry. Barbara is a license clinical social worker, historian, cultural bearer, and theater/drama artist. Specifically, Mrs. Trevigne portrays historical characters of New Orleans and conducts workshops on the tignon head wrap. We are encouraging members to support Barbara's efforts at the Ashe Power House series on "on Exploring The Diaspora." Barba
